I have no idea what to expect from this team...

I have no idea either. Without a doubt I need to see them play and see how all the new moving parts come together before trying to predict what to expect. I do however have a good feeling we're going to finally see some progress. By no means do I expect to see us win the MAC, but I am hopefully that we can use the non-conference schedule to gel and finally at least become a factor in the MAC race. Simply getting this team to Cleveland at the end of the season would be a huge step forward for this program.

We will likely be starting 4 Jrs and a Sr, and have four other Upperclassmen in the 2 rotation.

This is the type of team that can compete very early if they gel.

I do not expect us to win the MAC this year, but I do expect us to play the spoiler role.

I think the first time through the East and while playing the West, teams will be thinking "It's just BG". I think the second time through the East, teams are going to be thinking "Crap! We gotta' play BG!"

I think this team is finally going to learn how to close out games and win.

I think this team will ratchet up the offense and be far more fun for the average fan. They should be competitive in the division but it depends on how the current players adjust to the new system and how much the new players can contribute. I don't think the c;upboard is bare but just not necessarily stocked with the players to immediately meet the needs of the new system.

I had very high expectations in Football but not here. My expectations for BBall are more in seeing a different and better brand of basketball. However, given all the upper classmen and being in the MAC, we could compete quite well this year. At least I will not be surprised if we compete for the East but I do not expect it.
