If you go to only one game this year, make it this one.

Great idea for a great man. Would love to see it evolve down the road from one game to a 4 team tournament or round robin event BG could host every year

I may have missed it but it would be cool if they turned this into a day of targeted fundraising for the bg hoops team. I'm not sure if that's something we could do here but it would be cool

Considering his generousity, you propose this as a " fundraiser"? Wouldn'tthis looklike overkill?Globetrotter wrote:I may have missed it but it would be cool if they turned this into a day of targeted fundraising for the bg hoops team. Huh? Can't you donate to the hoops program?Class of 61 wrote:Considering his generousity, you propose this as a " fundraiser"? Very true, and I'd add "attend as many others as you can" as well to further the vision he had for the program. A lot of winning is in the future.BGorDeath wrote:If you go to only one game this year, make it this one.

If every team at BG were endowed to the point the athletic department would never have to use student fees, then maybe it would be "overkill".
Until then...

So should we do something here. Collectively collect money and donate it from Ay ziggy.
