Stroh ticket booth

Anyone notice that buying a ticket at the Stroh ticket booth is consistently a 10-15 minute ordeal? The poor kids working the counter stare at the computer screen like deer in headlights. For CSU, a supervisor stood behind them in a state of complete stress. These people are slower and more stressed out than a bomb squad wearing blindfolds.

The simple act of purchase a ticket should be simple and quick. Dollar stores all over the nation process credit card transactions with lightning speed.

Maybe an early project athletic department can be to investigate this ongoing fiasco and get it corrected?

Agree, even during the day when there is no line, it is painfully slow.

Its terrible. I drove up for the exhibition game, aggressively from Cbus and got there right on time only to miss the first five minutes because the student couldn't work the damn machine.

Is it the student or the "system"? Seems like they have to sit there and wait for something to happen on the screen.

Definitely the system from what i could tell. The student had a "here we go again" look.

Dealing with ticket offices at other facilities this seems to be a common problem. Mudhens/Walleye ticket office seemed to have same problem.

I wonder if it has to do with the integration with Ticketmaster? Now everything seems to go through them, so I'm wondering if we fight a battle with them on a daily basis on trying to sell our own tickets. I have no inside knowledge to any of this and only ask out of curiosity, and I could be WAY off and not realize it.

When I've bought tickets there it seems like I'm always dealing with someone who hasn't really been trained completely on the system.

I have never had good service there. What is annoying is the fact I am usually the only one making a purchase.
