Who would of thought that at the beginning of the season that BG would have a legitimate shot at 20 wins? Not I. BG basketball is fun again.

RPI Forecast, which uses the Sagarin game predictor, gives BG a 20% chance of 19 wins, 28% chance of 20 wins, and a 24% chance of 21 wins. Based on the formula, they would be favored to win each remaining regular season game with the exception of at Buffalo. But, they were underdogs at CMU and favored against Akron.

Can someone make a peel away lady like in Major League for the last 6 games?

I believe that BG is now essentially 2 games ahead for a bye to the MAC quarterinals with 7 games to play.

Spencer Parker is a big key to this team. If he plays hard - we will win the MAC tourney. He scored all nine of his points in the last 6 minutes of the game.

Gusty comeback today against the MAC's hottest team. Win 1 of the next 2 and we should have a Top 4 seed for Ctown. This team has taken shots and keeps coming back. GO BG.

Agree that at least one win should get us in, especially if it comes vs KSU.... But BOTH of the two teams left are good and very capable of knocking us off the pedestal. Just hope we regain a shooting presence more consistently than we've shown. Going TEN minutes without a point " ain't gonna cut it" i fear.
