Despite Miami having its own struggles the last several years, we have lost four of the last five times to the RedHawks including the last three consecutive times that we've played them. Miami has also beaten BG in back-to-back games at the Stroh including one of those games that we hosted in the first round of the MAC Tournament. Miami's always one of those schools I get up for when BG plays them in. We didn't play Miami in football last year and we won't play them again in football this year, and we're long overdue to finally beat these guys in hoops. This is a must-win game if we want to claim that regular season title. GO BG!!!

We have a game on our hands tonight. Miami came to play and is really making us work for everything.

BG is up only 2 at the break. Holmes is carrying us big time on offense. BG had an 8-point lead but it was erased quick by Miami. Gonna have to gut this one out on the second half.

Miami has stormed back again. BG now trails by 7 with 10:30 to play. Better get our act in gear and quick.

Holmes is getting a ton of attention this half, BG is going to need someone else to step up.

Miami is totally taking it to us right now. We look lost. BG down 7 with 3:55 to go.

Miami had won just ONE road game all season long. This just made two. And it was a very costly one.

Typical. We cannot handle the press. The men and the women, neither team, can handle the press. Every team in the MAC better start practicing the press and they will run away with every game against us.

Miami loves playing in this place. That's three in a row for them on the Stroh. This was no fluke. They totally owned BG in the second half.

This is sad. I totally forgot to watch the game. I was looking forward to it and then forgot. Too many games I think.

Growing pains. This team isn't used to winning. In a way this is a good problem to have. It makes it hard for a team to maintain success when you get everybody's best shot. The team will learn and grow from this one. And Jans will have the team working on the press this whole week.

Someone alluded to empty seats. Did we draw better tonite or did students and townies ignore us again? But so much for home court advantage....36% from field?
