Buffalo game

Just looking thru the play by play summary....could we be reading too many press notices? Down by 16 in 1st half! Buffalo might be a tough matchup, but again shooting 33% isn't going to win many games...and another home game yet.

On the plus side, our newest grandson was born this morning... makes a total of 10 grandkids. \:D/

Buffalo simply kicked or ass every which way in the first half. Also didn't help that we can't make a shot to save our lives but right now UB looks far superior.

Buffalo running away with it now. Terrible shooting night for BG.

UB went from up 16 to down 1 and back up to 16 in 15 minutes. BG loses 68-56 and now out of first.

Ugly two game home stand this was...

I don't think this was a case if reading the press clippings as much as it was talent. Holmes might be the only guy on our roster that would play major minutes in that buffalo rotation. It is no wonder why Hurley took that job....the cupboard was far from bare there...they were just flat out more athletic than us across the board.

Completely agree about Holmes being the only BG player to be a major minutes guy for Buffalo. However, I don't think we had inferior athletes. I feel Henderson, Parker, Clarke, Joseph, and Dickerson have enough athletically. I still think they lack offensive awareness and struggle with shooting % and consistency. The scoring output needs to be higher and more efficient from the "shooters" to be consistent performers.
