A nice article this morning in the Plain Dealer. Looks like they sent the MAC beat reporter to yesterday's game in BG...although I don't know if he gets that the students generally stand around the court for every game.

You beat me to it.
Elton Alexander gives a lot of love to BG in the Plain Dealer. I think he knows about the close quarters at AA.
To their credit, they have expanded their coverage on the MAC this season. I could never figure out how the conference offices are here, the b-ball tourney is here, there's a huge alumni base in town, yet they didn't have too much about the conference until tourney time. It seemed clear to me that if you cover them all season, it would generate a build-up of interest to the sports fans in town.
The last couple of years I have taken some non-MAC affilated people with me to the tournament, and they've remarked on how tough the teams are, how much fun it is, etc. I just imagine with some more publicity, more folks could have their eyes opened to a whole new world...!
