Sunday Games

Does anyone else like the games on Sunday afternoons. I love them. Go to church, go out for brunch, and then go to a Falcon game. I prefer Sunday games over Saturday. Splits up the weekend. When I was a student there many students choose either the bball game or hockey game, but with the game on Sundays, no choice. I love the 2pm start time. Not too early, not too late. What else are you doing at 2pm on Sunday. Great start to the weekend for college students. Many students who live on campus but live nearby will leave on Friday and return Sun afternoon. Now they can attend the games when they get back to campus. I think it is a great idea. What would be better would to have the Mens/Womens DH back. Put both games on Sunday and I think you could fill AA.
Whats your thoughts on Sunday games.

LOL... I don't like 'em. I miss the days when it was Wednesday night or Saturday. You could plan around that, now you have to carry a PalmPilot with you to not over-schedule a ballgame because you never know when one might be!

A PalmPilot. Great idea. Gave me a way to ask my sweetie how I can get a palmpitot. Always wanted one, just didn't know how to ask her. I just think if we go to a Sunday schedule we will get more students and more locals to the games. Heck a 6pm start time would be best, all the malls are already closed. Women cant complain about how they need to get to the mall. I still like the Sunday schedule.

Forget her birthday or an anniversary just once, then tell her how if you had an iPAQ you would never forget IMPORTANT events (just don't tell her that important to you are dates of football, basketball, and hockey games in addition to national signing days).

I think we scheduled all these Sunday games back when we were in the recruiting running for that Jewish Jordan guy... So he wouldn't have to play on Saturdays. . ..
Remember that guy? Supposed to be amazing, played with a yamika and I think ended up at Towson State or somewhere. I think we were his second choice. . . I read somewhere that he is playing pro in Israel right now.

I dont remember him, but I may have seen his brother yesterday asking me for extra tickets at the side entrance of AA.

I absolutely, positively hate the Sunday games.
Wednesday-Saturday-Wednesday-Saturday. The way it should be.
I like the Saturday games, go to the game, then you can go out and do something afterward. The Sunday games suck, because its tough to get up in time to get there by 1:00.
To me Sunday is a day that I like to do absolutely NOTHING. Maybe that's just me, but I don't think I'm alone with people in my age bracket. To me Sunday is lounge around the house, wearing PJs all day. When I was still in school I did my homework on Sundays. I usually do laundry on Sundays. Going to a basketball game is not something that I would choose to do on Sundays if they gave me the choice.

I don't care when the games are. As long as they aren't scheduled the same day as women's games, I am fine with that. I would love to go to more men's away games but the ladies always seem to be at home those nights and I can't skip home games...it's just not right!!!
