This is a tough one. EMU is 6-0 at home and has played us well the last couple of years up there. We've lost the last two games we've played at EMU. Any road win is a big one, and I hope we can keep the MAC winning streak alive.

Cory had an off game yesterday. If you look at his stats and production he plays well every other game. Josh and John will play tough. Floyd had a so so game yesterday as well. I think those two players have something to prove because other players are stepping up and taking away some PT. With that said this team will play its best game of the year.

Tough road game here....
I'll go with:
BG 68, EMU 65. Reimold lauches a trey from half court after EMU ties it with a bucket with 2 seconds left.

THAT would rule!
GO FALCONS!!!

Lets just hope it is with 2 seonds left and not 22 seconds. He has a tendancy to read the clock wrong

I'll get some comments on this one I'm sure...
Austin Montgomery comes alive scoring 18 points off the bench to help the Falcons!
BG - 91
EMU - 72

Maybe 18 seconds of Playing time. He was flat out horrible Sunday. I am not sure what his stats showed, but had 4 bad passes, at least 1 turnover, a very bad miss shot, threw the ball behind his back when he had an easy layup, and then let lost his player not once, but twice and Peterson nailed 2 three pointers.
I like Monty, but he is so unpredictable.

Wow...you like Monty. Can I ask WHY!? He has yet to ever do anything to justify a D1 Scholarship. As I said to the guys yesterday, he's a poor man's Cory Ryan. That's NOT a compliment.
After Austin tried that idiotic behind the back pass on the break yesterday and there was timeout I yelled to Dakich, "If you need a slow white guy to look stupid on the court, I can play!" I think that's fitting for Austin. I hope he'll improve, but right now, he'd make a decent intramural player.
If its any indication of his athleticism he looked like he'd fit right in with Bluffton

Not to be a killjoy, but I think we drop this one. No biggie, but this is one we don't get.

Eastern gets this one in front of their 17 fans.......actually I am just picking against us because we won last week when I picked against us.
As for Austin Montgomery -- he plays well occasionally, but, frankly, he scares me when he steps on the floor. Poor ball handler, too slow and weak defensively, and really cold shooting this year. His shot has been really flat lately with no chance of going in.

I never said I like Monty in game time situations, but I have been to several practices and Monty does play tough in practice. Why he cant turn his practice qualities into game qualities is beyond me. I hear you though, he had an easy layup, and at worse 2 free throws if he just went to the basket. Heck if I only played a few minutes per game I would not even pass the ball if I had an open shot. May have been his easiest shot of the year.
