I realize that they never won the tournament, and clearly he is going to give extra credit for teams that did. But I think Keith McLeod is better than HM worthy.
His junior season he scored 18 in their first round game, then 27 in the quarterfinals.
His senior season that we made it to the championship game he scored 29, 36, 20 in our three games.
I cannot find stats for his first couple years in MAC tourney games, but those weren't Cleveland anyhow. So McLeod only had 2 seasons in Cleveland, but he put up 26 ppg in those games. I find it tough to believe there are many guards that scored to that level over the years. Too bad we couldn't pull out that game against the best MAC team I've ever seen....

Wally from Miami would have been on this list if their games were played in Cleveland. He graduated from Miami in 1999 and the MAC started in Cleveland in 2000
