Less than 700 tickets remain for BG/UT game!!!

Post by ZiggyZoomba »

The BGSU athletic department has a limited number of tickets for sale for the BGSU vs. Toledo men's basketball game on Saturday, January 22, at 6 p.m. at Anderson Arena. There are currently 300 reserved and 400 general admission tickets for sale to the general public.

There will also be a student ticket pick up for the game. A total of 1,400 tickets will be available starting at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, January 18, at the BGSU athletic ticket office at Anderson Arena. Students with a valid BGSU ID can pick up one ticket for the game. Distribution will continue all tickets have been allocated. The ticket office will be open until 5 p.m. each day. Students must show the ticket and a valid BGSU ID day of the game for admission. The first 500 students at the game will receive a FREE Falcon basketball t-shirt courtesy of SBX.

The BGSU women's basketball team will also play Western Michigan in the first game of a doubleheader at 3 p.m. on that Saturday. Non-season ticket holders wishing to attend the game MUST purchase a general admission ticket to the BGSU/UT game for $9 from the BGSU Ticket office and students must have already picked up a ticket for the Toledo game to be admitted. Women's basketball season ticket holders will be admitted to the women's game without a BG/UT game ticket.

Doors will open that day at 2 p.m.

For more information or to purchase tickets call the BGSU ticket office at 1-877 BGSU-Ticket.

WH,

I highly doubt it!! I am buying 4 for us just in case. Try calling Tim Hunter in the Marketing Dept for a sure answer!

In case anyone else has kids in the Kids Club, I just called the Marketing dept and the UT game will be the only men's game this year that the Kids Club members do not get free admission.

Well now there are less than 688. Just ordered 8 myself. Not sure if I will use them all so I may have to find some Toledo fan to pay price for them at a later date, but really I just bought them to keep Toledo fans from buying them

Also,

Can someone please tell me why they STILL charge a processing and handling fee if I am going to pick up the tickets myself. I can see if they got mailed to me, but I am picking them up.

Everything has a fee these days -- wait till the new convo center opens and you have to pay a buck (correct change or debit cards only --with an added fee, of course) to use the restroom!!!!

Does anybody know if the Ticket Office has a late season promotion like football? For instance, could I buy GA or reserved tickets for the remaining home games at a slightly discounted rate? I didn't buy season tickets this year because I didn't know how many games I would make it to given my work schedule, but now I think I'll be able to make most of them and really don't want to miss a game due to a sellout beforehand.

You sure you really had to work, or did you just want to see how good this team was before you wanted to make a committment. Its ok. We forgive you.
