Put a folk in them. We win 86-77.
3 more years of Frye-Caldwell and Turner. Gonna be studs. All 3 of them.

We have something we have not had in as long as I can remember. Guard depth.
Ali-Caldwell
Denny-Fry
Lillard-Turner
Any one of those 6 could start and we would be fine.

All 6 could start at BG but 2 would barely make a roster outside of the MAC

Good thing we are in the MAC.
Re: Norfolk St.
I do the understand the statement? None of those guys are starters in the big10 or acc but there are plenty of conferences on par with, or below, the MAC.
Ali is a very limited player who will see less and less minutes of Caldwell keeps improving on both sides of the ball, but the rest of those guys are worthy of minutes. Denny frustrates the hell out of me and I cannot figure out what's up with Lillard, but all 3 freshmen have looked promising.
Today was the second game in our last few at home that we basically won because Huger out the freshmen out there and let em make plays. Last time it was Frye and Caldwell, this time Turner was in the mix as well.
I don't think we're a real great team. The home winning streak has been nice but the opponents have been pretty weak. I'm anxious for Mac play though. But i don't quite get saying these guys aren't good enough for a Mac team. They're inexperienced but it's been awhile since we have had young guards as exciting as Frye and Caldwell.

Thank you. Plenty of conferences would like to have MAC-level talent.hammb wrote:None of those guys are starters in the big10 or acc but there are plenty of conferences on par with, or below, the MAC.
