BG vs WMU
Re: BG vs WMU
Rasheed and Demajeo played about the last five minutes of the first half together. Both teams in foul trouble and Western leads at halftime 40-37

Re: BG vs WMU
Falcons are picking up fouls, It seems like the whole team has 2 fouls each. They tied the game but a 3 pointer with 3 seconds left and WMU takes a 40-37 lead at half.
Re: BG vs WMU
Need to stay out of foul trouble.
We committed 14 fouls in the half

Re: BG vs WMU
To be honest Wiggins looks lost out there. Hasn't used the glass on close in stuff resulting in misses, lost handle or dribble, and has let WMU's big guy go for easy shots. I didn't watch 1st 9 min. Or so, but that's what I saw rest of half.
Education our Challenge, Excellence our goal. (look it up)
Re: BG vs WMU
Ali & Alcegaire have fouled out..... Way too many fouls
Re: BG vs WMU
I didn't see the first half but this second half officiating had been God awful. This is basketball, every contact is not supposed to be a foul.

Re: BG vs WMU
89-79 Western almost couldn't miss from the foul line. 3 Falcons foul out and this game just sucked.
Re: BG vs WMU
BG loses 89-79.
Wow 30 fouls!!!!!

Re: BG vs WMU
Wilder played out of his mind in the second half and we couldn't get any rythmn constantly cycling through players due to foul trouble.
Caldwell and Frye both played well but the rest of the team not so much.
Of course I missed the first half

Re: BG vs WMU
So how did Zach Denny play 28 minutes without a single rebound?
Re: BG vs WMU
So Globe, still think Ali will finish #1 in the MAC in Assit/Turnover. As soon as the player from Kent and Toledo qualifies in 2 games Ali won't be leading the league. Today his ratio was 1:3
In MAC games 41 assists. 29 Turnovers. 1.41:1
That's now down to 8th place.

I've always thought that the cutoff for an acceptable A/TO ratio was 2.0...more like 2.5 to 3 for a PG.
It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.

Re: BG vs WMU
I am growing increasingly excited about the next 2 years.
We have 3 rocks in the starting lineup in Caldwell-Frye-Wiggins.
Then a bunch of replacements.
Denny=Turner, Plowden, Lillard
Alcegaire=Worrell, Koch
Ali=Cummings
Fox=Kulackovkis*
Gaping Hole=Gadson
*If we are still offering I have a strong feeling he is coming next year. Watching his video he seems to provide what Fox provides in terms of shooting in a bigger body with a wider skillset.
