BG vs Buffalo

BG plays in Canada tonight, or at least it always feels that way.

Huge game on terms of seedings and home court. A Buffalo win guarantees them at least the #3 seed. A BG win, along with an EMU loss and NIU loss gives BG the #8 seed and would host EMU Monday night.

I think BG pulls off the upset!

We are down 13-2 and Buffalo isn't play its normal line up. Playing their senior bench players and we still down 11. Referees not doing us any favors either.

Only four players hit a field goal in the first half, but Frye, Lillard, and Denny did a good job keeping us in it

Fugly way to start the second with UB unable to miss beyond the arc. What was once a 6 pt lead is now 16...I don't like this teams chances of coming back from deficits like this against quality opponents.

If we don't figure out a way to guard the arc it's over.

We've actually looked competent on offense this half but no threes for us and a bunch for them...

For a PG, Ali is a terrible FT shooter.

Ohio wins. Locks up #2 seed. Buffalo #3.
Western wins, #4. Kent or Ball State be 5 and 6.

With loss BG will be #10 seed and will face the Rockets Monday night.
