Observations at Haltine

Addendum:
First off - post halftime BG showed incredible character! Not only making a run but taking a lead and holding it for the last 10 minutes! Well done!
Perhaps the TV broadcast didn’t give credit to the atmosphere. The crowd seemed seated, except for the students, almost the entire game and it CBS must not have had any significant crowd mics, but I was psyched to hear from reporters, Coach Huger that in fact it was very loud!
The Stroh isn’t made for any home court advantage. Whether the Izzone, Cameron, The Jungle at Auburn the design of the Stroh to take the students off the court - except for the baseline is a damn shame! A bunch of middle-aged people sitting on their hands all night.
I will always believe the lack of any non-conference top25 teams on our schedule leaves the team unprepared for an opportunity like this.
Now we could still win this game, but I will shout from atop Anderson Arena ‘PLAY A FEW REAL MAJOR TEAMS!’ before conference play begins!
