Should be but I would not be surprised if we did not give it to a current walk-on for the 4th or 5th straight year.

There really isn't...especially given the transfer mentality of so many players. As for Diggs...he actually seems like the caliber of recruit (on paper) BG should be regularly getting, if the reports I saw on his offer list are accurate.
