This is a huge opportunity for BG to get a marquee win. UC was picked 3rd in the AAC and Jarron Cumberland is an All-American candidate and was picked as the preseason Player or the Year. A win here would really raise some eyebrows and give BG a lot of credibility. This is a big game and even bigger opportunity for the Falcons. GO BG!!!

Having watched the Cincy-OSU game to start the season, I can tell you the Bearcats will play grind-it-out basketball with the best of them. They play a very tight defense and do a ton of hand checking. When they played OSU, the refs were letting most of the hand stuff go. I found that interesting because in most games, they start calling those hand checks and end up forcing teams to loosen up a bit.

Limit turnovers and make the open shots, and they have a decent chance of winning this game. If it gets into the same style I saw against OSU, I would think BG might be in trouble. I haven't seen BG yet, but I'm not sure they can play that physical for an entire game and win.
