Has anyone heard anything regarding Turner's injury and his status for the MAC Tournament? The fact I've seen and heard nothing about it concerns me. I can't even begin to try and stomach the thought of him missing the tournament because of an injury on the final play of regulation in the last game (essentially a meaningless one at that) leading up to the event. This is an event that BG has never, ever won in the history of the MAC Tournament. With Turner, we have as good of a shot as anyone to win it. Without him, we can forget right now about ridding the ghosts of 1968.

I feel like we’d know if he was out for the season, wouldn’t we? I know the department likes to keep things private and doesn’t really talk about injuries, but I feel like they’d say something if our all-time leading scorer wasn’t going to play another game in the orange and brown.

I guess we’ll see when the MAC tournament starts.

Somewhere in the NCAA rules it limits publicizing injuries to players. I can't remember what it all exactly entails and what kind of info is limited. Turner's situation may fall into that category.

Edit: Not an NCAA rule, more like unofficial guidelines. HIPAA and sports betting legal concerns.

Nothing official, but he's tweeting things that seem to indicate he's going to be playing.
