Has Justin Turner gotten any draft buzz. Read a few things with the top 100 prospects and nothing.

I don't imagine he'll get drafted, but I think he gets a call from the G-League or from Europe almost immediately.

The only MAC player I've seen generating any draft buzz is OU's Preston. He's looking like an early to mid 2nd rd guy from what I've seen

I think Preston is a hell of a player, but I was shocked to see him picked so high. I just don't see him making an NBA impact, though I suppose he has thrived on people underestimating him.

Spurs is a good landing spot for Turner. I could see him fitting well into a Popovich system and I think he'd have a better chance to at least get a G-League contract with that franchise than many of the others.

The Spurs are my NBA team! Have been ever since they traded for Antonio Daniels and got him away from the guard-career-killing Brian Hill in Vancouver.

No chance in hell he makes that roster. But now I have a big reason to actually watch summer league games.

Turner has played pretty well so far in early Summer League games. I think he has a good shot at a G-League spot. Jordon Crawford has also secured a spot on the Blazers Summer League squad. Guy never gives up. He had a good showing in The Tournament which lead to some attention.

Turner playing fewer and fewer minutes through the summer league. He's had a few solid flashes where he certainly looks like he belongs, but overall seems to be a step slow compared to the folks who are surefire NBA roster spots. Still possible that he gets on a G-League roster, but I think it's likely he'll get a nice European contract.

I haven't actually gotten to see any of his play - but I have seen the box scores.

1-6, 1-4, 0-5....

He kept getting 15 minutes. Then 5, then 15, then 5 again. But he was hitting 14% after several games. That's not going to get it done.

He had a really nice game tonight. Started and had 12 points in 27 minutes. 6-12 shooting. Didn’t watch the game but saw a couple of nice, smooth highlights.

Juice was the #4 pick in the G-League draft today. He’ll be with the Westchester Knicks.
