So, this game is tomorrow evening. We are playing OSU and it's NOT being televised at all apparently.
I do not understand what our athletic department is doing if they cannot find a way to at least get this on a regional sports network or SOMETHING.

Generally speaking, the home team owns television rights.

Was gonna say, I thought it was on Big 10 channel tonight. Looked up the listings on their site and they're showing that the game will be televised on there.

How many of us know BG grads that would be rooting for OSU just because they are OSU? I knew a bunch of people like that when I was a student there.

I knew plenty of people that way (and still do) with regards to football. I"m not sure I've ever met somebody that can consistently name a player or coach on OSU's basketball team. MAYBE come March they'll know a player or two if the team is looking like a top 4 seed for the tourney, but otherwise they'll go on ignoring the existence of OSU basketball.
For instance, my boss is not a grad of either school but is a massive OSU honk. Guarantee he has no idea they're playing tonight.

If it's on the Big 10 network, why did our preview article on the BGSU athletics official site not list that fact?

To the OP . . . I think you answered your own question. These are the same people that decided to announce a basketball intrasquad scrimmage over social media instead of letting season ticket holders know first. There have been too many blunders over the years to list . . .

It says it in the preview article IIRC. Like, the first paragraph I think.

Man I swear that press release was targetd to make me miss it on purpose (I mean, clearly not, but it feels lke it).
They have a box showing where all the various media are and giving likns. There was nothign in the box even saying TV was an option. And I skimmed the article and saw radio but missed teh TV part.
Sigh. It was there. Just not for people with scatter brains like me.

Don't put it past the Athletic Department to quietly change/update it after it was first published.

Watson, Fields, and Matiss also out tonight along with Metheny.
Ohio State -15.5 seemed like a good play tonight, unfortunately.
