Tough first 5 games IMO. I guess we will learn real quick if this team is going to be good or not. BG gets first crack at Emoni Bates. Should be interesting to see how he is in the MAC.

I am excited about zero of those non conference home games. Woof.

What a joke! Air Force...one of the worst, most boring basketball programs in the country. And the usual hot garbage.

WTF? Queens, Fairmont State, Ohio Dominican and Southern Indiana all appear to be part of D2. Seems like a pretty soft schedule

Southern Indiana recently moved up to Division I. They are a member of the Ohio Valley.

***EDITED*** in light of Tswam pointing out that Queens also recently moved up to Division I. Nice catch, Tswam.

Queens (out of Charlotte, NC) also in their first season as a D1 program. Playing in the Atlantic Sun.

I assumed Queens was NY given Huger's point of origin...also did not know SI was now D1. Still...it's not like either is an established D1 program.

I predict a reasonably good OOC record...a very low KenPom and Sagarin before we hit the MAC.

Yet another garbage OOC home schedule. Thanks Huger! Is Toledo the Frack game again or gonna hand that honor to Ohio Dominican?

Get the hell out of here.

And they're gonna be calling me soon asking for my ticket renewal? Lol

That's if they have enough staff to even bother calling you.

What a yuck schedule. I'm glad hockey isn't scared to go play some of the big boys.

Don't forget Fairmont st will most likely be the school day game which means anyone who works can't attend. Considering my family ties to the air force I'm excited about that game but it should not be the headliner.

It's garbage but I'm not surprised

We should not have ANY D2 schools on our schedule. Maybe a scrimmage against Findlay.

The LAST game before conference season is D2? Seriously?

I could easily see us being 3-10 bore conference. Wonder if we win more than 6 games total this year. Would THAT finally be enough to get Huger the hell out of here?

And do they expect people to show up for games against D2 schools? Or schools that are only NOW D1?

Good god. This is malfeasance.

I still think we should try to schedule home and home games with teams. I'd rather play Oakland and Wright st twice in a year than two d2 schools. Practice playing a second game against a school because it's going to happen 7 in mac play.

Also would like to see some Missouri valley schools like Indiana St

I would have zero issues with that.

Huger's OOC scheduling habits should be considered a fireable offense irregardless of the actual results. IT is insane to me that he gets to continue spending Bill Frack's money, that was specifically earmarked for playing better OOC games, and play these schedules every year.

It's a total slap in the face to fans. Who the hell actually wants to watch these games?

Huger’s scheduling habits resemble everything else about the program. Do as little actual work as possible. Last one in, first one out. It’s the culture. Once his agent worked Moosbrugger for the first extension it got worse. After the second extension, it’s totally cruise control and trying to find wins. No accountability anywhere in the department, which is why Moose is now exposed and gone.

At this point the Frack donation is bordering on theft.
