He plays hard, so it’s not unreasonable to think that. As he develops his shot a bit more, he’ll become a dangerous two-way player. Right now he’s a beast on defense and pretty good on offense. Reminds me of Richaun Holmes in his early college career.

Monumentally frustrating game so far today.

EMU up 7 with 8:58 to play. They just hit a three from like 40 feet with 1 second on the shot clock to sup today up. Even when we play good defense, we can’t get a break.

EMU clearly is not a good basketball team. But we might be worse.

Eh, we’re playing well, but EMU is just hitting the tough shots and getting the good bounces.

I don’t feel like we’re playing well. We’re shooting 31% from the floor and 26% from three. 51 points in 34 minutes against EMU’s defense isn’t good.

Just find a way to win.

BG trails 62-59 with 2:58 to play. Really need to find a way to steal this one. Have to play our best to close this one.

They are being extremely aggressive on defense and we aren’t handling it well at all. The refs have called a lot of fouls on them but they aren’t goin to call one every single possession even though they could. On the other hand they have taken advantage of Marcus Johnson. Mix in about about five unbelievable shots falling for them and we are losing. They obviously aren’t a good team but it’s good enough to beat us.

welp. With Miami, Toledo, and Kent next, it feels like an uphill battle to even get to Cleveland at this point. Seems like we’re going to be 7-13 overall and 2-6 in the MAC about 10 days from now. And I get the injuries thing, but man…

At least we’re good at hockey again.
