Looks like he has signed a pro contract. Who knows how they fill the roster spot if so.

Seems to be confirmed. Also curious if they fill the spot. I'm sure there are some decent JUCO folks out there, as well as some portal talent. Hell, maybe Derrick Butler comes back since he hasn't landed anywhere. Just depends of if they fit into the system at a quality of play level that makes sense.
Was just about to say the same. I assumed we’d either have an open spot or just find a warm body, but Wol seems like he could be a serious contributor. Great job by the staff.guest44 wrote: ↑Sun Aug 10, 2025 6:59 am Wow that’s a pretty good player to get this late. Looks like he had similar representation to Khayat so probably that helped a lot. A true stretch 4 that can shoot and handle the ball. No clue on what happened with Bradley, but highly recruited at every stage.
I haven't seen word one of Wol coming to BG. Where did you learn of this?Tswam wrote: ↑Sat Aug 09, 2025 10:01 am Looks like 6'8" Mayar Wol has committed to BG. Atlantic Sun Sixth Man of the Year at Eastern Kentucky last season averaging 8.9 points and 4.8 rebounds. Played at the College of Charleston as a freshman. Left EKU and committed to Bradley but they parted ways. Will be a junior eligibility-wise.
Fixed the spelling. Thanks.
His agency announced it on Twitter and Coach Simon retweeted it.BleedOrange wrote: ↑Mon Aug 18, 2025 6:52 pmI haven't seen word one of Wol coming to BG.
