Josh Almanson gets an earful the rest of this week about not being aggressive on the offensive end and he goes off for a bunch of points. We need this one.

Kent State has just flat-out owned BG in recent years. KSU has beaten BG 10 of the last 11 times the two teams have met....WOW! That streak includes beating BG the last four consecutive times they have played us. I just have a feeling they're going to beat us again.

Well, I have not picked against BG all year....my orange and brown glasses won't allow it.

HOWEVER, I've seen BG win ONE time at Kent State in the last 8 years. One time...and we had to come from 24 down to do it. I watched Kent steal one at Akron last night, handing the Zippies their first home loss all season.

We never seem to match up well against Kent. Their full court press and defensive pressure always gets to us. I've looked at the scores over the last 5 or 6 years and the avg score is around 71-64, Kent. If we can hold them to 60 or less, we'll win. The problem is if they get to 70, they ALWAYS win...with the exception of the miracle comeback 2 years ago.

That said, I'm sorry people...I don't see us winning this one. I hope big time the team proves me wrong. GO FALCONS!

I always look forward to playing BG. Not because of recent success but rather that the games are always entertaining and BG has great fans. Saturday should be quite a battle and there will be a good crowd.

With BG back in the East, we will get to play you twice in hoops each year. I love going to Anderson. AA rocks (when it's full of course).

I agree with most of your predictions for tomorrow. This game will not be the bloodfest we had with the zippos on Wed. A little more up-tempo.

Welcome to the board KFlasher! It's nice to see opposing fans that don't always come and trash talk in all their posts. I'll agree though, BG/Kent games are always entertaining and I'm sure this one will be as well! GO FALCONS!!!

Why do you bother posting all of this negative trash? I guess if our own fans don't expect a win, why would the team?
