Time Flies

Five years ago tonight, Anthony Stacey broke the career scoring record in a packed house win over Kent State.

While I think an 800 or so point effort from Reimold might be out of the question to duplicate that part of the night, here's to hoping for another big crowd and a big win tonight!

Five years ago.....man, I can't believe it's been that long ago already! With that said, the sad thing is, it's also the last time we beat Kent State in Anderson Arena!

Man, I remember that game and the standing ovation everyone game him. Sure doesn't seem like 5 years though...not one bit!

My how things have changed in 5 years. I was a soph. and got to Anderson about 75 minutes before tip-off against Kent. They let us in with about an hour to go and we all ran in to get a seat. I ended up in the 10th row or so and the student section was packed an hour before tipoff. I walked in tonight 2 minutes into the game and could have sat in that same seat. Two first place teams, but 1 of them gets last place attendance. Reimold and Almanson deserve to have a packed house watch them every night. People don't know what they're missing.
