Who was the coach inthe 1984-85 season?
Simple question. Who was the coach during the 1984-85 season? I can't find my media guide.

That was my Senior year here...it was Weinert.
I had the pleasure of taking one of his assistants (his graduate assistant) apart in three games of one-on-one on the courts over by the Library.
That was the hilight of my summer (well, that and the libertine divorcee I hooked up with later that year...)
TMI....TMI....

It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.

I would think that's pretty accurate, as I seem to recall that the 83 team went down to Columbus and played >..and beat... a certain large, unnamed school from that area... That same school also went to Toledo either that year or the next....got beat...and its coach said he'd NEVER play a MAC school on its home court again.... Not sure if it was Fred Taylor who said it or not, but I do remember it being said...and they wonder why the MAC schools don't like em much?Tswam wrote:'84-'85 was the season after Jenkins, Irish, and B. Faine graduated. Greer graduated in '83 and J. Faine graduated in '81.
Keith Taylor pretty much carried the '84-'85 team.
Education our Challenge, Excellence our goal. (look it up)
