I see the game is slated to start at 12:30 because of a broken backboard? How the heck did this happen?

Almanson brough it down during warm-ups. They didn't have a good camera angle on it, but it didn't look like he put that much in to it. Must have been time for that board to go.

Our outstanding cable carrier now say they will not be able to show the game, but we will be able to see Richmond-Duquesne at 2:00. Idiots.

I can't make it to BG this afternoon so I figured I'd catch it on the tube. That stinks.

Radio crew said that Soler broke the bb. I thought it might've been Wavey Junior.

Idiots at FOX

Yeah they cancled coverage here to. The feed from WBGU is sucking right now for me too. Sorry I had the wrong guy on that. The little FSN coverage I had said it was Almanson

Yeah they said it was Almanson and they also couldn't wait to do the MAC Conference game of the week

FOX couldn't have just started coverage @ 12:30 and then cutover to their regularly scheduled game at 2? Throw the baby out with the bathwater..

I'm paying an extra $12/month for FSN solely for the occasional MAC game.

You're thinking of what a real network would do with a game.

I have e-mailed FSN to let them know how I feel, unfortunately they won't care.

I am extremely upset with the College Basketball coverage on FSN Ohio for 2/27/2005. There is no reason not to show the MAC basketball game between Bowling Green and Miami-OH. Even with the delay in the game fans living in Ohio should be able to view the scheduled game. The only reason I have FSN Ohio is to watch MAC basketball. You would think that a TV station dedicated to Ohio sports would show teams from Ohio. Unfortunately all too often we are stuck watching an irrelevant A-10 game such as Richmond vs. Duquesne. Please do not make this mistake again in the future. Fans in Ohio care about MAC basketball not the A-10.

MAC Falcon,
I agree with you totally...I've never understood the logic to FSN-"OHIO" broadcasting games from the A-10 and neglecting the MAC, which "only" has 6 schools in Ohio that they could cover at least "semi-regularly". Even the hockey games they've shown have featured Michigan vs. MSU etc. instead of one of the THREE CCHA teams in Ohio.... not logical to me, but they don't seem to be too concerned. As I type this post, they're showing some baseball stuff from the BIG 12! They couldn't rejoin the BG game "in progress"? Hard to believe!
