Defense and hard work?

Post by Germainfitch1 »

How does a team that focuses so much on defense and getting hard working players, have two of the leagues top scorers and do this badly down the stretch?

Where do I begin? Ridiculous!! I don't even know how Central comes in here and hits a ton of shots and we don't and also that we committ a ton of turnovers on senior day. Central just looked more pumped for this game than us. Their athletisizm hurt us again as athletizm usually does and we were incredibley sloppy with the ball and what do you get? A loss to a 1 road win team. Pathetic! I really comes down this this , having 3 seniors just isn't enough. They have to be dominate in all aspects of the game. The reason why we win most games is this, usually fairly good defense and getting good shots and hitting on a really good percentage of em'. If we stink in our outside shooting we are going to lose. Our defense really isn't that great , just some teams turn the ball over more than others against us and that helps us out a little. Oh yeah, and a lack of a serious inside game hurts us as well. Heres' to looking to the future with Vandameer, Jeremy Holland, Germain Fitch??, a better Floyd and an apparently really good recruit in Sullivan and a better Steven Wright next year. :partyman:
