Given the fact that the team who beat us, Miami, lost to Ohio and will not even be in the championship game I would venture to say we have a snow balls chance in florida of making an NIT bid. And if we do we are on the road as usual.

Miami, Buffalo, and OU from the MAC will go the NIT.

Either Buffalo or Ohio is going to win the tournament and make the NCAA.

I am assuming that the MAC will only get 1 team in the NCCA tournament if Buffalo wins tonight, which would leave 6 MAC teams in front of BG in the NIT committee's mind. OU, Western, Toledo, Kent, Akron, and Miami would all be chosen before BG and as unlikely as it is to see 2 MAC teams in the NCAA, it is more unlikely that we will see 7 MAC teams in the NIT.

I also think our season is over. I would be stunned if we got an NIT bid. I just don't see it happening.
