Well, from the looks of things, the guys had a slow start. But the good news is they were able to pick things up in the second half and show some improvement both offensively and defensively. Everyone knew that there would be bumps and rough spots. The thing to really look for is how they play tommorrow. The only thing the coaching staff can do is be patient with this team and let them gel. I have a feeling that this team will only get better, and once everyone becomes eligible and can get on the court together, I really am excited. Getting these young kids on the floor and getting them experience is only a good thing, and if these kids are anything like the young kids that the womens team has brought in, look out. We'll learn something about this team tommorrow.

I'll be happy if this team plays hard, develops some consistency and gets us off this seemingly constant treadmill of having to replace 3-5 guys each year. You simply cannot hope to have much consitency in the program when you'r ereshuffling the deck on an annual basis

Replacing 3-5 guys each year? That is common, thats just graduation. Now 9 thats not good.

It is definitely gonna take some time for this team to gel. Lots of new faces...

As long as they improve and play hard, they'll be OK.

Too bad we couldn't have started with an Urbana or Findlay to get this young team's legs under them.
