The team battled and battled, the crowd "gave it " to them very nicely, I believe

, the band was awesome. We had cheeerleaders cheering and dance team dancing and Coach looked as if he was about to combust.
Nice job Metz and the AA's- you guys were so cool at the end of the game- you respectfully waited to Toledo to pretend to shake hands and gave everyone space and then went nuts. I know the guys really appreciated it!
Was that Freddie in the middle?
All is right with the world......
The FALCONS BEAT TOLEDO!!!!!!!!

Matt, the guy who kind of took over the SS, is doing a great job of getting it back where it was in the late 90's. It kind of sucks that there is 2 segregated groups but maybe we can get together somehow.

I liked that Soler and Samarco came back out to celebrate with the students. Look at how big Martin's smile is. I think that says a lot about that guys priorities (win first, stats second) after going 3 for 21.
Also, is that Dakich's son in the middle? I thought Dakich once said that he looks for his son immediately if the students rush the floor.

It kills me to miss that one. We were on our annual MLK weekend trip to FLA to visit the in laws---great job keeping the home crowd up. We shouldn't miss any more!

Ha...nice! I even had my Antonio Daniels shirt on under my Animals one. I figured we might need him there to win

Not understanding a crowd wanting to storm the court after the team has just beaten their arch-rival?
Oh my, how far the Ohio/Miami rivalry has fallen.

I guess you've never heard the saying, "Act like you've been there before." Beating Miami is nothing to storm the court over because we are a better team and program. We have been there before and act like it. Beating a ranked team, yeah, you storm the court, beating a 1-4 team (even if it's your rival), you act like you've done it before. But then again, it's BG, and I can see why you did it which is why I must laugh.

It's not about beatinga 1-4 team at all. Our rivalry is deep. No matter what sport it is or what the records are, beating turdledo always deserves celebration.
