MAC reffs are terrible! bottom line...ya know, i should have told everybody at the game that us coming back after being down 17 was too good to be true...unbelieveable...i dont fault dackich for what he did. we needed to foul and our players didnt know that the shot clock was off and he was yelling at them, he had one foot on the court and got a T, their coach was THREE feet on the court!! its just terrible that we get screwed so much...first football, then MURPHY and SHEGOS in hockey, now tonight...

It was an awful call, especially at that time, when it had been going on all game. FTR, he didn't just have one foot on the floor, he was WAY on the floor. Right before the T, I saw him and said, "man, look at that." Again, horrible call, no doubt.

Sure, yeah, blame in on the refs. They're the ones who missed the shots and had the turnovers, huh? The refs didn't lose games for you in football, hockey and hoops, you did.

Again with the misappropriation of pronouns. You dufus.

I'm growing weary of you. If it weren't for Flipper's simple yet effective retorts you would be gone.

Of all the fans which have come around this board, you are the very worst.

The Refs did nothing to lose this game for us. The call, albeit odd timing, was legit, he was on the court.

What's more the refs gave us a chance to even be in the game when they gave us 4 FTs and the ball after Mawel's pushing down low...they got the retaliation.

We slept walked through the entire first half and couldn't come all the way back. The refs were not at fault.

This is true, but then again their coach was on the court half the game and never got a call.

Its all true. Its a bizarre call when you've let it go one all night. But we played very poorly for much of the game. Of course, they blew a big lead, too. We needed Patrick Phillips to get a little spark and penetrate the zone.

I do like the way we look with Wright at point.

I am not sure about the low-tier sports, but the bottom line is, in the sports that truly matter to the masses, BG is 2-0 against Ohio this year. One of those games, BG 77, Ohio 63, happened in a sport that you don't even want to talk about. That's right, women's basketball. Our girls swatted more balls that night than I've ever seen in a game, not to mention that your team was stupid enough to say some things going into the locker room at halftime to get us fired up. There was a whole article on this in the BG News, and it must be true because the people who run that newspaper don't know how to fudge stories yet.

Oh, and the other game. Yeah, that's where we dropped 38 on your hapless football team and your hapless coach. Our system alone pretty much ensures that we will do that to you guys every year (even with Anthony Turner struggling in 2 starts we put up 22.5 points a game without Omar starting this year). So unless you guys get an offense that can score 40, (nice 3 points you had against Akron BTW), we'll be kicking the kitties again next year, this time on your field.

Oh, and our Women's soccer team won the MAC Championship this year. I don't think you guys beat us there either.

And before I forget, Ohio doesn't even have a hockey team. Darn, because It would be fun to beat you at that too, perhaps even more fun than how we crushed Michigan the other night.

This has the been the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth, provided by bgsufalcon24.

Oh yeah- that is the truth. I was on my way to the Potty (obviously checking for parity) and happened to be right outside the door that leads back to the locker room hall. It was very clear and very evident what the kitty cat girls were saying. Not smart ladies.

I just wanted to say I thought the officiating was again horendous, the worst I've seen this season. But I'm not suprised, a little upset, but not surprised. It's MAC officiating and it's always going to suck! I've come to that conclusion over the 12 years I've closely followed BG basketball. The Technical on Dakich was absolutely horrible, especially since Reggie Witherspoon was on the floor during the game to. Every coach gets on the floor when their excited! And to call the T at that point in the game?? You don't call the T, you give a warning. All he was doing is yelling at his players! It's just frustrating.

Back to the game, I think it was a VERY sloppy played game that Buffalo prevailed in because they have a little more experienced team. Were young. We'll learn. We'll be ok. We just have to weather the storm and maybe not let Floyd shoot the ball so much. How many horrible, arking 3's did he take and miss last night? A lot. And we just got beat a lot by Cage's quickness where he would move off the screen and we would have the defender chasing him down and end up fouling him. And their offensive rebounds kind of killed us to. Oh well, let's move past this and get ready for Kent. Should be a tough, hard fought MAC game once again.

GO FALCONS!!

According to Todd Walker on the radio, seems there were incidents of BG players getting "run over" and no whistles. Now I wasn't there so I can only go by what Todd and Cowan were saying...and what the folks here that went to the game have said.

Seems to me we can't seem to put a complete 40 minute game together and these 4-5 minute breakdowns are killing us.

Man, 3 games & 3 losses by a combined 5 points. With Kent tomorrow night....

GO BG!~

Hockey? BG and OU tied the very first time they played in hockey...and then BG went on to win the next 17 in a row. BG is 17-0-1 lifetime against the boobkitties. This choch can't find any sport where OU leads BG. Imagine that! I actually feel sorry for the kid....dream worlds can be shattered so easily.

Yes, at one point OU did have a hockey team (as did Kent, twice), but they were so horrid that they dropped the program. Makes me wonder why they haven't dropped football...
