What the heck is going on in BG?

Two shootings yesterday? I read about a gun being fired and the police searching for the gunman or something in the morning- didn't pay much attention then saw that police shot a guy later inthe day. Same incident or were they separate?

Same incident I believe. Evidently, the family of the attorney involved, ask the police to check on him, and they went to the apartment, had the manager open the door and he had the door baracaded, so they pushed it back and entered and he had a drawn gun, and ended up getting shot and killed.

That makes sense- first article I saw was woefully short on details but after reading today's it sounded like two different incidents. Thanks.
