Teachers should be compensated fairly, especially those whose contracts were not renewed due to the reckless zeal of their own union to extract more for themselves. They'd claim to want all positions preserved, but when it came down to it they sacrificed their own members to squeeze out pay increases for the majority.

mcsarn...nothing you have said about the tradeoffs you think the BGSU Faculty Association made during negotiations is accurate. Quite simply, given that you were not involved (I don't remember your being at any of the meetings), you don't know what you are talking about.
