Pagliai's or Polleyes are my favorite places to get a chef's salad with their "house" dressing (ie; ranch)! Nothing overly special about them, but started getting them in college and still REAKKT enjoy getting them once in awhile. Buffet at South Main's Pagliai's is also a big fav of mine. Yum!!

The official story of Polagilieyes Campus [sic] on the menu now notes that the difference in names had to do with wanting to avoid confusion between the two location. The divorce theory has been around since I've been in town, but never heard otherwise until the newer menus.
I'm a fan of the townie buffet, though I also miss it at the campus location. I always order the desert pizza for my request. There tends to be enough pizza I can eat otherwise, and I like my desert.
