You're not that old, and I'll prove it:

The Beach Boys

And even more ancient (and with SW Ohio roots):

The Mills Brothers

Or more along the lines for H2O:

The Dorsey Brothers
No mention of the Beach Boy's NW Ohio roots?

Hager Twins, Mandrell Sisters.

The Proclaimers penned the immortal line "When I heave up, I know I'm gonna be the man who's heaving up next to you."

Seriously though, besides those already mentioned I really liked the Jesus and Mary Chain; Oasis had their moments of Kinks-ian glory both musically and in the brother on brother hatred way. The Kings of Leon are pretty cool. And here's one for you aging americana/alt-rockers: the Connells.

Of course the Louvin Brothers made great records and get a special tip of the hat for constructing the plywood Devil that graces the album cover for "Satan is Real."

The first couple of Dire Straits records had Mark's younger brother David Knopfler on rhythm guitar.

good finds-I didn't even realize some of those groups had brothers. A Flock of Seagulls is another with the Score? brothers featured on keys, drums and hair.
