If you are on time warner just call. And check their website for whatever promotional rates they're currently offering. They have no contracts so just threaten to cancel and sign up as a new customer if they won't give you the best deals.
Guarantee you'll get something off and it only costs a phone call.

I do the same with Dish Network every year. They are banking on very few people actually calling so they'll give discounts to the ones that spend time doing it. And for the most part, HBO sucks like Terdledo.
