News out of Minnesota is Vikings have waived Randy Moss. Now that was a wasted trade with the Patriots. Maybe the Browns or Bengals will pick him up.

Was just coming on to post about this. I actually thought it was pretty funny the way he said he would conduct his own interviews. Really strange to me that they only gave him four weeks though, especially considering his stats weren't entirely miserable. No doubt in my mind that he will be picked up before too long, probably by a playoff contender.

He's subject to waivers. He only makes it to a playoff contender if all of the lousy teams pass on him.

Personally I'd like the Browns to grab him just so they have a worthwhile body to throw the football too. They're going nowhere anyhow, but at least it would make the games more watchable.

I can't imagine that he makes it through waivers to any of the good teams, but I suppose I could be surprised.

Buffalo has the first dibs on Moss and I don't think he would go there. Dallas has the 3rd shot. He possibly could go to Dallas. Wow what a circus that would be. Williams, Bryant and Moss along with the coaching issues and Jerry Jones. Heck, just put him on with the other criminals in Cincinnati. Moss, Owens, OchoCinco. Just keep him away from the Colts and Lions.

Probably had something to do with him not even trying for that TD reception when he was interfered with. All he had to do was reach out his arms and catch the damned thing!

I don't think he DOES think that.

It's not uncommon at all for players to refer to talk about their numbers as Eight-Five or whatever. Plus OchoCinco just sounds cool :) He's a dumbass, but he's fun as hell to watch and keeps things interesting :)
