Both sites were seized by Homeland Security. According to ATDHE.net's twitter feed it says it has changed to ATDHE.me.

Odd timing...the UFC sued justin.tv on Jan 24 over pirate streams of UFC 121 in October. The UFC claims 50,000 viewers acessed the card in violation of the UFC's copyrights. Seems like a coordinated effort to crackdown on these sites is afoot
