The "Sweet 16" banner went for $1500. Wish I could have won it. I'd give it back to the coaches. It belongs at the university. Thank you to the athletics department, committee chairs, members and the Wood County Hospital for their support of "Closing the Doors of the House That Roars" It's bittersweet but all good things come to an end. Change is hard but AA had a good life for all the activities she held.

Anderson Arena Festivities
Wasn't sure where to put this since it involves 3 sports. The party last night was great. Tons of people all sharing their stories about AA. They ran the slide show which was presented after the game most of the night. Many silent auction items kept people coming back to see if someone raised their bid. Food was good & lots of it even dessert.

Re: Anderson Arena Festivities
How about the game nets and one of the stanchion paddings going for $4,000?
And then, the buyer donated them to Mickey C and the archives.
Rumor was it was Jack Harbaugh. Not sure who it was but THANK YOU!
Thanks to everyone who was successful with their bidding on the silent and live auction items.
