Embedding answer: (Grant e-mailed me this a couple years back)
1. Click the "Flash" button
2. Type 425,344 after "[flash="
3. Paste the youtube link inside "[flash=425,344]LINK[/flash]"
4. In the link, remove the "watch?" and replace equal sign (=) with a slash (/).
