ELMORE — An Elmore man and Woodmore parent has been appointed to the Woodmore school board to fill out a term that runs through 2013.
Grant Cummings was selected by the school board last week from eight applicants.
Mr. Cummings will fill a vacancy created when Chad Bringman resigned last month.
Mr. Bringman, executive director of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northwest Ohio, stepped down after his wife, Linda, was hired as superintendent effective Aug. 1.
Ms. Bringman is principal of Woodmore Elementary School.
