Wow did they catch the Yankees at the right time. Although, even if the Yankees hadn't been imploding from the inside out I don't think they would have had a shot. Now I just need to get my hands on some tickets without emptying my savings...

ANYTIME the Spankees don't make the WS it's a good thing. Best of luck Tigers on the BiG stage...

Detroit's pitching is just filthy right now. Shut down the Yankees & A's like they were AAA clubs. Let's hope it continues for one more series.

Dudes with neck tattoos, a gold prospectors beard and who look like they just ate the batboy need to hit half their body weight and every once in a while hit a line drive with men on base.
Giants are playing good ball, Tigers look horrible. They can't hit or catch the ball.

I saw a stat that the team with more rest has lost 5 of the last 6 series. Looking like 6 out of 7.

In the WS...THe team that sweeps the LCS has always lost to the team that goes seven...
