BG Wallpaper or Border

Post by MajorFalcon92 »

Anyone know where to find BG wallpaper or border trim? My son wants his room with a BG theme. Is this something that is sold locally in Bowling Green? I checked the usual places, Amazon, Ebay and coming up empty.

Mitch,
FWIW, I painted my "Falcon Room" with 2 walls in Orange and 2 in Brown, then hung some pennants, degrees etc., along with posters from some of the BG teams, several of which were autographed...
Don't know how many "decal" type things would work, but it might be an option too. (perhaps those things they put on their faces at games...or...I have some small falcon heads (LT brand) that I stuck on the door).

Yeah, we are exploring using the decal option with an orange border at the top. I found some on ebay for $2.14 each. Spaced every couple of feet it may be an option.

Maybe I should suggest this to Kent at SBX! That would be a cool item to carry!!

Marta,

Good idea....it's great that we have SOMEONE in BG who listens to alums...we've suggested things to him in the past and he's usually come thru within the next year or so. The main bookstore manager in the Union store hasn't been nearly as willing to do things, even on a "trial" basis... (for example , the "singing" bottle openers and/or talking greeting cards with Falcon themes etc.
