As always, we have to come ready to play. I like CMU's Coach, Brian Kelly, a lot. He was a winner at Grand Valley, and I believe he will bring CMU's program back to traditional strength. Had we not hired Coach Brandon, I would love to see him on our sideline. A win at home against us would be a big boost for them, and we need to be ready to play. Last year, they ran pretty well on us, and I would watch for that again. We should win, but we need to be very careful with this team.
Love the play of the special teams, by the way. BJ Lane leading the MAC in Ko returns, although has he lost of #2 job to Stover?

Brian Kelly and the spread offense.
When Kelly was introduced at his first CMU press conference he said: "I want to clear one thing up right away - Bowling Green is running MY offense." I may have a word or two wrong in that quote but the message is correct.
It will be fun watching the Brian Kelly spread versus the Brian Kelly spread on Saturday.
