Well, since you asked, here it is again. FYI, Buffalo has just one date set for their OOC games, but it happened to be the date I had them pencilled in to visit the Doyt. So the one change from previous versions is swapping the home dates of Buffalo and EMU. To reiterate again, only the OOC games are set. The MAC portion of the schedule is simply my guess. Oh yeah, I updated the dates for November games to put them all on Wednesdays.
9/2 WISCONSIN at Cleveland Browns Stadium
9/9 KENT
9/16 @ Florida Intl
9/23 BOISE STATE
9/30 @ Ohio
10/7 @ Ohio State
10/14 BUFFALO
10/21 @ Central Michigan
10/28 EASTERN MICHIGAN
11/8 @ Akron
11/15 MIAMI
11/22 @ Toledo
As an FYI, campus word is that the last home we will have for 2006 will be 11/8, which would mean we would probably have the flip the 11/8 and the 11/15 game.
Somebody will start to stitch a schedule together based on what everybody else has published already, and we'll have a pretty solid idea by the middle of next month.

Have you read this thread? I did that like three times already and keep updating based on when other teams announce dates for OOC games. :duh:

You're right on the MAC games, but it did give the dates for Wisconsin, Boise St., and Temple. Since they released those dates at that time, we booked our tickets to Boise.....whoops!
Warthog wrote:Not so fast my friend. This prompted me to check for my updates to other teams OOC schedule. Sept 30 is filling up. The only MAC teams (that we play this year) still open that date are Buffalo, Miami, Akron, and Toledo. My gut feeling is that @Akron, MIAMI, and @Toledo sets up real good for three November Wednesday feature games. So that leaves us Buffalo as the only possible opponent on 9/30.
So if Buffalo is on 9/30, then we go back to 9/9 and find that Buffalo and Ohio are the only two teams still open that date. Since I just put Buffalo on 9/30, that means we have to go to Athens on 9/9.
Given all my assumptions and facts, that leaves us with Eastern, Central and Kent for the dates 10/14, 10/21, and 10/28. I think there has been talk of 10/14 being Homecoming, so, well, that date has to be a home game. So here is my latest prediction:
9/2 WISCONSIN @ CBS
9/9 @ Ohio
9/16 @ Florida Intl.
9/23 BOISE STATE
9/30 BUFFALO
10/7 @ Ohio State
10/14 EASTERN MICHIGAN (Homecoming)
10/21 @ Cetnral Michigan
10/28 KENT (Parent's Weekend?)
11/8 @ Akron
11/15 MIAMI
11/22 @ Toledo
10/27-10/29 is family weekend so the 28th will be a home game. It is now up on the web for the date of family weekend. Thanks for putting this schedule up for us. hope it is close!

That is based upon an e-mail that was sent to some campus departments who are in charge of some major campus events.
