Contact the Bureau of Motor Vehicles in Columbus. They issue the license plates.

-OR-

Contact the Alumni Association since they were responsible for the legislation seeking the plates. They are also the recipients of the scholarship money generated by the plates.

I understand that the state issues the plates, but I assume the university has some say in the design that is offered. Some schools (Akron for example) have multiple designs available.

How are coaches formally evaluated? We out on the streets really talk about wins and losses, but what are some other factors that are important to you in a coach's performance?

What plans (if any) are in place to help the lower division conferences (Div IA, MAC, WAC, MWC, CUSA, SUNBELT, ) compete on a financial level with the elite 6 college football conferences? Are we continually going into debt each and every year (MAC teams, other lower divsion conferences)? If we are, which teams are close to losing their programs?
