I wasn't at the SEMO game. Sounds like people were really unhappy about the lines.
For me, the lines are *not* as much of an issue as the offerings. Miami seemed to haev a ton more variety... more vendors offering more things with a better presentation.

Well then perhaps we aren't doing a good job training our volunteers before letting them serve the customers. I've never been to Jacobs field, but the Browns stadium does a decent job of getting people through the lines. Personally I very rarely get anything to eat or drink once I'm in the stadium. I just know that I hear rumblings from others about how slow the lines are and I notice the very long lines when I use the restroom or what have you. It just doesn't seem like our concessions are very organized.Class of 61 wrote: Brian, Fwiw, Jacobs field, and I believe Browns stadium both use "volunteer" groups to actually work the concessions stands...
