It hit me on the way home last night as to why Toledo made this list. It is solely because ESPN picked up their game this week and they want to get some attention to try an increase the TV audience.

I have seen this occur more than once in the past couple of years always right before a TV appearance so the coincidence possibility is becoming less plausable.

I thought the exact same thing when I saw it posted right after I read the "OU vs UT on ESPN thread".
