Wait, that same Miami OLINE that gave up the 4th lowest amount of sacks in the NFL and had Brown and Williams averaging in the ballpark of 4.5 yards per carry? Yea, Omar would never hack it behind that line.

Man he must have been pressing the iron. Those pictures not only make him look a lot taller, he is, as Franz would say "well pumped".

Maybe he'll give Kudla and Nande a run for their money on the 225lb rep

Trent Green is getting up there in age and their backup is Todd Collins which has been around for awhile but the not the QB of the future. So I would like to KC draft him and have Omar starting in 2 or 3 years. I think that would work out perfectly.
With the salary cap problem right now Miami is most likely to cut Ferrotte...Omar may have a chance to step in as a rookie if Miami drafts him.

As a Phins fan I am very anxious about this situation

Starting his rookie year wouldn't be good for Omar.

Starting as a rookie would be very bad for Omar. He needs a year or two of NFL oriented coaching like most college QB's not named Marino or Roethiswhateverthehell.

For Goodness sake, don't let the Raven's get him! I told my dad just the other day that the only way I wouldn't root for him is if he plays in Baltimore or Pittsburgh.
Yeah right girl!

Well I guarantee he doesn't end up in Pittsburgh if that makes you feel any better.

Nah, Rosenfels would likely be the starter in that situation.

I figured he wouldn't ever get there, I still would be upset if he ended up with the Ravens though.

I know he wouldnt start right away but , Miami is the 2nd most over the cap if the new deal is never made..they will have to cut some important people...already cut mcintosh and sam madison...if they struggle they will not play Rosenfels the entire season if it becomes a lost season. They would throw him in the mix...kind of like charlie frye this year.

They are looking to upgrade, but you said they had a horrid offensive line, they obviously do not. So where are you going with this?

He is gone. They may release Ferotte in effort to sign Brees or another FA.

I'm surprised that they would release Rosenfels, since he likely wasn't making much money. This means they are definently looking QB in the draft, and if Arizona and Baltimore pass on Cutler he'll be there at 16. If not, then they are looking at Omar.
